I. The voters of any city or town shall vote on certain questions concerning the sale and consumption of liquor, malt beverages or wine in that city or town as provided in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 663:5.
II. The application of the vote taken at the biennial election held in November, 1964, shall be as provided in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 663:6.

Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 175:7

  • Appeal: A request made after a trial, asking another court (usually the court of appeals) to decide whether the trial was conducted properly. To make such a request is "to appeal" or "to take an appeal." One who appeals is called the appellant.
  • Liquor: means all distilled and rectified spirits, alcohol, wines, fermented and malt liquors and cider, of over 6 percent alcoholic content by volume at 60 degrees Fahrenheit. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 175:1

III. The recount of any local option vote, the procedures for holding such a recount, the declaration of the results of such a recount and the procedure for an appeal from such a recount shall be as provided in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 660:13-15.
