Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 176:7
- Commission: means the state liquor commission. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 175:1
- Liquor: means all distilled and rectified spirits, alcohol, wines, fermented and malt liquors and cider, of over 6 percent alcoholic content by volume at 60 degrees Fahrenheit. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 175:1
- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
The state liquor commission may employ such assistants as are, in its opinion, necessary for the proper transaction of its business, and fix their compensation, subject to the rules of the director of personnel. It may secure any necessary technical or professional assistance.
