I. A liquor and wine vendor licensee may sell liquor to the commission for resale in this state.
II. Liquor and wine vendor licenses may be issued only to a manufacturer of liquor, or to the person designated by the manufacturer as the sole supplier of its products for the state of New Hampshire.

Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 178:9

  • Commission: means the state liquor commission. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 175:1
  • Licensee: means the person to whom a license of any kind is issued by the commission. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 175:1
  • Liquor: means all distilled and rectified spirits, alcohol, wines, fermented and malt liquors and cider, of over 6 percent alcoholic content by volume at 60 degrees Fahrenheit. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 175:1
  • Liquor and wine representative: means a person who offers for sale or solicits orders for the sale of any liquor or wine or both. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 175:1
  • Person: means an individual, partnership, limited liability company or corporation. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 175:1
  • state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
  • Wine vendor: means an individual, partnership, limited liability company, or corporation, which sells table wine to the state, containing more than 6 percent but not more than 24 percent alcoholic content by volume at 60 degrees Fahrenheit. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 175:1

III. Liquor and wine vendors shall have a licensed representative conduct their business in this state.
IV. Liquor and wine vendor licensees may designate a liquor and wine representative as the sole supplier of its domestic, table, or fortified wine.
