Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 179:60
- Arrest: Taking physical custody of a person by lawful authority.
- Liquor: means all distilled and rectified spirits, alcohol, wines, fermented and malt liquors and cider, of over 6 percent alcoholic content by volume at 60 degrees Fahrenheit. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 175:1
- Person: means an individual, partnership, limited liability company or corporation. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 175:1
It shall be unlawful to resist or attempt to resist arrest by a liquor investigator, or to obstruct, or to intimidate or interfere with a liquor investigator in the performance of his duty. Any person who violates any of the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
