Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 186-B:12
- person: may extend and be applied to bodies corporate and politic as well as to individuals. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:9
- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
Blind services shall issue a license for the operation of a vending facility only to a blind person who is able, with such disability, to operate a vending facility. In issuing any license, blind services shall give preference to a blind person who is a resident of this state. Each license issued shall be for an indefinite period, but may be terminated by blind services if it is satisfied that the facility is not being operated in accordance with rules adopted by the board of education under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 186-B:11-a.
