- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
The state board of education shall adopt rules, pursuant to RSA 541-A, relative to administering the home education program. The state board of education shall, in addition to the provisions of RSA 541-A, submit any notice of proposed rulemaking under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 541-A:6 and any final proposed rule under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 541-A:12 to the home education advisory council established in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 193-A:10 for review and comment.
