Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 193:14-a
- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
The state board of education in conjunction with the department of education shall make available to local school boards information regarding the responsibilities of the local boards when parents request a change in school assignment. Such information shall include an explanation of local board’s authority and responsibilities, as well as the rights and responsibilities of parents seeking a change of assignment as set forth in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 193:3 and applicable rules adopted under RSA 541-A.
