Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 195-D:13

  • Bonds: or the words "revenue bonds" means revenue bonds of the corporation issued under the provisions of this chapter, including revenue refunding bonds, notwithstanding that the same may be secured by the mortgage or the full faith and credit of a participating educational institution or of a participating health care institution or any other lawfully pledged security of a participating educational institution or of a participating health care institution.   • Trustee: A person or institution holding and administering property in trust.
All moneys received pursuant to the authority of this chapter whether as proceeds from the sale of bonds or as revenues, are trust funds to be held and applied solely as provided in this chapter. Any officer with whom, or any bank or trust company with which, such moneys are deposited shall act as trustee of such moneys and shall hold and apply the same for the purposes of this chapter, subject to such regulations as this chapter and the resolution authorizing the bonds of any issue or the trust agreement securing such bonds provide.
