The commission shall adopt rules relative to:
I. The administration, management, promotion, and marketing of the savings plan.
II. Maintaining the tuition savings program in compliance with Internal Revenue Service standards for qualified state tuition programs.
III to VII. [Repealed.]
VIII. The administration, implementation, and promotion of the New Hampshire excellence in higher education endowment trust fund established in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 6:38.

Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 195-H:3
- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
