Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 195:31
- Cooperative school district: means a district composed of 2 or more school districts of the state associated together under the provisions of this chapter and may include either the elementary schools, the secondary schools, or both. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 195:1
In the event that the cooperative district adopts the provisions of RSA 194-B, the percentage of pupils authorized by a vote of the cooperative school district shall be permitted to attend a chartered public school which may be established in the district and approved by the voters in accordance with N.H. Rev. Stat. § 194-B:3.
