Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 198:15-t

  • state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
If, within 20 years of the completion of kindergarten facilities constructed under this subdivision, a school district or city maintaining a school department discontinues the kindergarten program or uses these classrooms for other than kindergarten, it shall be required to pay back to the state 100 percent of the kindergarten construction grant payments received under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 198:15-s, IV(e). Upon a showing of good cause by the school district, the commissioner of education may waive this penalty in whole or part on a case by case basis.
