Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 198:20-a

  • state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
No state moneys or moneys raised and appropriated by any political subdivision of the state or any federal moneys administered by the state or any political subdivision thereof shall be paid or granted to a nonpublic school for the education and training of disabled children as defined by N.H. Rev. Stat. § 186-C:2, I which has not been approved by the state board of education pursuant to those policies adopted under the provisions of N.H. Rev. Stat. § 186:11, XXIX.
