New Hampshire Revised Statutes 200-N:3 – Requirements for Trained Designees

An individual shall comply with the following requirements in order to act as a trained designee:
I. Be at least 18 years of age.
II. Have or reasonably expect to have, responsibility for at least one other member of the campus community as a result of the individual’s employment.
III. Have satisfactorily completed the standardized training protocol established and administered by a licensed campus medical professional in accordance with guidelines developed under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 200-N:4.

- following: when used by way of reference to any section of these laws, shall mean the section next preceding or following that in which such reference is made, unless some other is expressly designated. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:13
