As used in this subdivision:
I. [Repealed.]
I-a. “Official locator service” means the system or method by which state government information is disseminated to the public via a telecommunications network or successor technology. This locator service shall identify, locate, and describe publicly available state government information resources, including electronic information resources.
II. “Regional system” means an information network serving one or more communities as established under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 201-A:22, II.
III. “Section” means the network services section established as part of the state library under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 201-A:22, I.
IV. “System” means the New Hampshire automated information system established under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 201-A:22.

Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 201-A:21
- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
