Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 202-A:22
- Library trustees: shall mean the governing board of a public library. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 202-A:2
- Public library: shall mean every library which receives regular financial support, at least annually, from public or private sources and which provides regular and currently useful library service to the public without charge. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 202-A:2
Trust funds given to towns and cities for the use of a public library shall be held in the custody and under the management of the trustees of trust funds. The entire income from such funds shall be paid over to the library trustees. Payment of such income shall be made by the trustees of trust funds to the library trustees as the same is received.
