Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 203:12-a

  • petition: when used in connection with the equity jurisdiction of the superior court, and referring to a document filed with the court, shall mean complaint, and "petitioner" shall mean plaintiff. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:51
  • Real property: Land, and all immovable fixtures erected on, growing on, or affixed to the land.
At the time of the entry of any order under the provisions of N.H. Rev. Stat. § 203:12 that the authority be permitted to enter immediately upon the real property described in the petition, or any part thereof, or at any time thereafter, the court shall, upon petition of the authority enter an order vesting title to any such property in the authority.
