Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 204-D:5

  • Authority: means the New Hampshire housing finance authority established under RSA 204-C. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 204-D:1
  • Mortgagor: The person who pledges property to a creditor as collateral for a loan and who receives the money.
  • state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
The authority shall provide for the continued affordability of housing units constructed on state land transferred under this chapter by contracting with the developer or individual mortgagor of such units pursuant to rules adopted under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 204-D:6.
