There are established the following divisions, as defined in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 21-G:5, within the fish and game department:
I. The division of marine fisheries, under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 211:65.
II. The fisheries division.
III. The wildlife division.
IV. The business division.
V. The facilities and lands division.
VI. The law enforcement division.
VII. The public affairs division.
VIII. The office of the executive director.

Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 206:1-b
- following: when used by way of reference to any section of these laws, shall mean the section next preceding or following that in which such reference is made, unless some other is expressly designated. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:13
