Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 206:35-a

  • state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
The state treasurer shall establish a separate account to which shall be credited all moneys collected by the fish and game department from issuance of pheasant licenses under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 214:9, X. The moneys in said account shall be used only for purchase or propagation of pheasants, and is hereby appropriated for said purposes. Said funds shall be expended for the purposes hereof as determined by the executive director with the approval of the commission. The moneys in said account shall be nonlapsing.
