Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21-I:22-d

  • state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
Notwithstanding the provisions of N.H. Rev. Stat. § 21-I:18, awards which are made by any branch of state government or by a state agency as defined in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 21-I:11, II(b), including those agencies referenced in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 21-I:18, under this subdivision shall be based on criteria that are published in the request for proposal and are known to all the parties responding. Nothing in this subdivision shall prevent the state or a state agency as defined in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 21-I:11, II(b), including those agencies referenced in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 21-I:18, from making judgments on the capabilities of consultants to complete the work requested if this option is clearly stated in the body of the document and, if used as the reason for the award, is so stated.
