Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21-P:21

Any person who violates any of the provisions of this subdivision, any rule adopted under this subdivision or any term or condition of a license or permit issued under this subdivision shall be subject to a civil penalty not to exceed $5,000 for a natural person or $25,000 for any other person. The sums obtained from the levying of civil penalties or fees under this subdivision shall be credited to the department of safety to be used for state, local or regional emergency response programs identified by the commissioner and deemed appropriate by the commissioner to receive such funding. These sums shall be distributed at least annually.
