By the words “spirit,” “liquor,” “spirituous liquor,” “intoxicating liquor” shall be intended all distilled liquors, or rectified spirits; vinous, fermented, brewed, and malt liquors; and any beverage, by whatever name called, containing more than one percent of alcohol by volume at 60 degrees Fahrenheit; and any beverage any part of which is intoxicating.
