Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 227-L:32
- Department: means the department of natural and cultural resources. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 227-G:2

Upon recommendation of the director of the division of forests and lands, department of natural and cultural resources, and upon warrant of the governor with the approval of the council, the state treasurer shall pay out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated to any state giving aid within the state under this chapter, such sums as shall be due under the terms of this chapter.
