Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 228:44
- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
Copies of records, papers and plans in the office of the commissioner, when certified by the commissioner or assistant commissioner under oath to be true copies, shall be evidence in like manner as the originals.
