Notice of the hearing, together with a description of the proposed corridor, shall be given to the same parties with respect to such corridor, and in the same manner, as in the case of a highway layout hearing, pursuant to N.H. Rev. Stat. § 230:17-18 or 231:9-10, as the case may be, including every owner of land or other property within the proposed planning corridor.
