- Injunction: An order of the court prohibiting (or compelling) the performance of a specific act to prevent irreparable damage or injury.
In addition to the penalty in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 236:106 the commissioner of transportation may obtain a mandatory injunction to end the violation.
