Commercial driver: shall mean a person who drives a commercial motor vehicle as defined in N. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 259:12
Vehicle: shall mean :

“Gross vehicle weight rating” or “GVWR” shall, for the purposes of the commercial driver licensing statutes, mean the value specified by the manufacturer as the maximum loaded weight of a single vehicle.
