Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 259:58-a

Driver: shall mean a person who drives or is in actual physical control of a motor vehicle as defined in N. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 259:25
Vehicle: shall mean :

“Motor home” shall mean a self-propelled, completely self-contained vehicle that includes the conveniences of a home, including cooking, sleeping, and permanent sanitary facilities, and a driver‘s seat that is accessible in a walking position from the living quarters.
