I. The department may cause any or all records, papers or documents kept by it, including those under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 260:16, to be photographed, microphotographed, recorded on film or retained on computer data files. The method used shall provide a reasonable degree of durability, and the device used for reproduction of such records shall be one which makes an accurate reproduction.
II. Any provision of this title which requires or appears to require the department or any of its divisions, bureaus, or officials to obtain any information, document or record in written or hardcopy form may be satisfied, at the option of the department, by obtaining the information, document or record by electronic transfer.
