Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 261:134

Director: shall mean the director of the division of motor vehicles of the department of safety. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 259:20

The director shall have the authority to adopt rules pursuant to N.H. Rev. Stat. § 260:5 consistent with the provisions of this subdivision relative to the purchase, sale, or exchange of secondhand motor vehicles or parts thereof.
