Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 261:164

Department: shall mean the department of safety of the state of New Hampshire. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 259:19

All fees received by the department under the provisions of this subdivision shall be credited to the department of transportation for the maintenance of ways.
