Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 262:42
- Complaint: A written statement by the plaintiff stating the wrongs allegedly committed by the defendant.
- Person: shall mean the same as provided in N. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 259:74
Except as herein otherwise provided, a complaint against a person for the violation of any provision of this title may be placed on file at the discretion of the court, if the violation appears to have been unintentional, or if no person or property could have been endangered thereby.
