The director shall adopt rules pursuant to N.H. Rev. Stat. Chapter 541-A relative to:
I. Standards for the motorcycle rider education program as required under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 263:34-b, I.

Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 263:34-c

  • Director: shall mean the director of the division of motor vehicles of the department of safety. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 259:20
  • Motorcycle: shall mean every motor vehicle having a seat or saddle for the use of the rider and designed to travel on not more than 3 wheels in contact with the ground, but excluding electric bicycles, tractors, and mopeds. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 259:63
