Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 263:35
- Driver: shall mean a person who drives or is in actual physical control of a motor vehicle as defined in N. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 259:25
- Jurisdiction: (1) The legal authority of a court to hear and decide a case. Concurrent jurisdiction exists when two courts have simultaneous responsibility for the same case. (2) The geographic area over which the court has authority to decide cases.

Notwithstanding the provisions of N.H. Rev. Stat. § 261:44 or any other law to the contrary, any nonresident driver of a motor vehicle who holds a valid driver’s license in another jurisdiction, upon the establishment of a bona fide residency in this state, shall have a maximum of 60 days from the date his or her residency was established to obtain a driver’s license issued by the state of New Hampshire; provided that H-2A temporary agricultural workers satisfying the requirements under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 263:35-a shall have a maximum of 300 days.
