I. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this title, the commissioner may adopt rules under N.H. Rev. Stat. Chapter 541-A to establish a commercial driver license classification system, including such endorsements and restrictions as are necessary, that incorporates the requirements of the federal government and of state law.
II. Any driver who operates a motor vehicle in violation of the provisions of the commercial driver license classification system shall be subject to a fine of $100.
