Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 265-A:6

  • Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
No post-arrest physical test or examination authorized by N.H. Rev. Stat. § 265-A:4 shall be considered as evidence in any proceeding before any administrative officer or court unless such test or examination is performed by a law enforcement officer who has been trained in the administration of such physical tests and examinations by a law enforcement agency or in a training program approved by the police standards and training council.
