Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 265:123
- Driver: shall mean a person who drives or is in actual physical control of a motor vehicle as defined in N. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 259:25
- Motorcycle: shall mean every motor vehicle having a seat or saddle for the use of the rider and designed to travel on not more than 3 wheels in contact with the ground, but excluding electric bicycles, tractors, and mopeds. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 259:63
If a motorcycle is not equipped with a windshield or screen which protects the driver‘s eyes and face when the driver is sitting erect, the driver shall wear either eyeglasses, goggles or a protective face shield when driving the motorcycle while the motorcycle is in motion.
