I. Any seaplane or any helicopter on floats which lands on public waters shall be exempt from all laws and rules concerning the operation of boats for the purpose of landing and taking off from such public waters.

Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 270:13-a
- person: means any individual, firm, co-partnership, corporation, company, association or joint-stock association, including any trustee, administrator, executor, receiver, assignee or other personal representative thereof. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 270:2
- seaplane: means any aircraft on floats or an amphibian aircraft with a hull and sponson, which is capable of landing on land or water. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 270:2
