I. There shall be a commissioner of the department of employment security who shall be appointed by the governor with the advice and consent of the council.
II. The commissioner shall hold office for 5 years from the date of appointment. Otherwise the commissioner may be removed only as provided in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 4:1.
III. The annual salary of the commissioner of the department of employment security shall be that prescribed by N.H. Rev. Stat. § 94:1-4.
