No person shall discriminate in any way against another person because of his appearance or intended appearance as a witness or party, or for giving or furnishing information in connection with any proceeding under this chapter or an appeal therefrom. Any person who violates any provision of this section shall be subject to the penalties provided in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 282-A:161-168.
