- Partnership: A voluntary contract between two or more persons to pool some or all of their assets into a business, with the agreement that there will be a proportional sharing of profits and losses.
The department of employment security shall use no more than 10 percent, or $600,000, of any moneys received from the training fund established in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 282-A:182, whichever is less, to administer the job training program in this subdivision, including support for the sector partnership initiative.
