Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 282-A:97
- Appeal: A request made after a trial, asking another court (usually the court of appeals) to decide whether the trial was conducted properly. To make such a request is "to appeal" or "to take an appeal." One who appeals is called the appellant.
The commissioner’s decision on said appeal shall be final and conclusive as to the liability of the employing unit or employer or both unless an appeal therefrom is filed in accordance with the provisions of N.H. Rev. Stat. § 282-A:64.
