Any person who individually or as an officer of a corporation or association knowingly conceals or assists in the concealment, or fails to disclose, information required to be provided as specified in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 284:15-b shall be fined not more than $5,000, or imprisoned for not more than one year or both.
