Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 294-C:6

  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
If any officer, agent, or servant of a corporation shall violate any provision of this chapter or shall wilfully or fraudulently violate any provision of law for the government of corporations, their officers, agents, and servants, for which other punishment is not specially prescribed, he shall be guilty of a class B felony.
