- Partnership: A voluntary contract between two or more persons to pool some or all of their assets into a business, with the agreement that there will be a proportional sharing of profits and losses.
If the limited partnership does not effectuate the proposed action that gave rise to the dissenters’ rights within 60 days after the date set for demanding payment, it shall send a new dissenters’ notice under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 304-B:16-e and repeat the payment demand procedure if it effectuates the proposed action.
