Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 310-A:109
- Forester: means a person who practices forestry and is licensed under this subdivision, or a person specifically exempted from licensure under N. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 310-A:99
- month: shall mean a calendar month, and the word "year" a calendar year, unless otherwise expressed; and the word "year" shall be equivalent to the expression "year of our Lord. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:8
Licenses may be renewed by written application prior to the expiration date and by payment of the prescribed renewal fee. The secretary shall notify each forester one month prior to the expiration of such certificate. The applicant shall submit proof of completion of 20 hours of continuing education approved by the board at the time of license renewal, together with a record of any legal action brought against the applicant for services as a forester.
