Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 310-A:117

real estate: shall include lands, tenements, and hereditaments, and all rights thereto and interests therein. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:21

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, foresters licensed under this subdivision shall not be required to be licensed, certified, or registered under N.H. Rev. Stat. Chapter 331-A or as real estate appraisers.
