I. The board shall adopt rules, pursuant to RSA 541-A, relative to:
(a) [Repealed.]
(b) The qualifications of applicants in accordance with applicable statutes, and the ethical standards required for licensure;
(c) The examination procedures in accordance with applicable statutes;
(d) License renewal, including requirements for continuing education;
(e) Ethical and professional standards required to be met by each holder of a license under this subdivision and how disciplinary actions by the board shall be implemented for violations of these standards;
(f) [Repealed.]
(g) The design of an official seal;
(h) What constitutes geology experience for the purposes of N.H. Rev. Stat. § 310-A:125;
(i) Procedures for a waiver of the fundamentals of geology examination under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 310-A:129; and
(j) Interstate licensure and temporary permits under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 310-A:131.

Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 310-A:121
- seal: shall include an impression of the official seal made upon the paper alone, as well as an impression thereof made by means of wax, or a wafer, affixed thereto. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:11
(b) The qualifications of applicants in accordance with applicable statutes, and the ethical standards required for licensure;
(c) The examination procedures in accordance with applicable statutes;
(d) License renewal, including requirements for continuing education;
