Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 310-B:12-u

  • Remainder: An interest in property that takes effect in the future at a specified time or after the occurrence of some event, such as the death of a life tenant.
Nothing in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 310-B:12-b through N.H. Rev. Stat. § 310-B:12-t shall be construed to limit the board’s ability to enforce the remainder of this chapter or the administrative rules adopted by the board against persons licensed or registered by the board.
