Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 311:10

  • person: may extend and be applied to bodies corporate and politic as well as to individuals. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:9
  • Writ: A formal written command, issued from the court, requiring the performance of a specific act.
No person while suspended from practice pursuant to N.H. Rev. Stat. § 311:8, or until the person’s restoration to office, shall be permitted to practice as an attorney before any court or magistrate, or elsewhere; and any writ or other process made by such person for another, while thus disqualified, shall be void.
